The plain-English version. A club’s data belongs to the club, and we treat it that way.
What we hold
Only what a club needs to run itself: members' names, emails and phone numbers, the positions they play, their availability, and dues records. Nothing more.
Your data is yours
The club owns its roster and records, full stop. Any club admin can export the lot in one click, any time, from Settings → Export your data — so a club can leave whenever it likes and take everything with it.
We never sell your data
Not member lists, not emails, not to sponsors, not to anyone. When we bring sponsors to a club's socials, the sponsor gets reach, never your players' contact details.
Money
We do not hold your money and your members' card details never touch our servers. When card payments arrive they will run through Stripe, a certified payments processor.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every admin screen is gated behind a sign-in, and admins only see the areas they have been given.
ClubMan runs on email. Members can opt out of any club's emails at any time with one tap, and a dormant member stops being contacted automatically.
