Free · no app to download
Availability, team sheets, dues, meetings and the socials, all in one place. ClubMan does the chasing and the busywork itself, by email, so nobody has to download an app.
No app to download. Just email.
Brooklyn RFC runs its men’s section on ClubMan — around 60 active players, 90 on the roster — every week since July 2026.
Most clubs have that one person who quietly runs everything. Chasing availability, sorting the team sheet, nagging about dues, posting the fixtures. The one who ends up voted ClubMan of the Year, and whose absence the club feels the moment they step back.
ClubMan does that grunt work for them. So the person who cares most about your club stops grinding through the shit-tasks, and gets to put that love into the things they always say they wish they had time for.
A working tool your coaches and committee actually enjoy using. Have a click around a real club, no sign-up needed.

One recruit, the whole admin job.
Players get an email, tap In, Out or Maybe, and the coaches see who's about. No app, no login, no chasing a WhatsApp thread.
Anyone who hasn't answered gets a reminder on its own. You stop being the one texting thirty people every Thursday night.
Pick the side and send the team sheet. Meet time, ground, kit and where you're drinking after, all in the one email.
It sits in on the coaches' planning call and writes the session up as you talk. You tweak it and send it round.
Actions captured live in the meeting, minutes sent round after, reminders before. The committee actually runs on time.
See who's paid and nudge who hasn't. Venmo or however your club takes money. The reminders nobody enjoys sending, done.
It learns how your club posts, then drafts the fixtures, results and weekly roundups for Instagram and Facebook. You approve them, and we work to attach sponsors to that content, with your club taking the money.
Men's, women's, age-grade. Each with its own setup and the right people running it, all under the one club.
Nothing to download, no account to set up, nobody left out because they couldn't work the app.
You always know who's available, without texting round the whole squad the night before a game.
The admin that wears out volunteers just gets done, quietly, in the background.
Load your squad and it introduces itself to everyone. You're going in a day.
Switching mid-season
The usual reason clubs put it off is the thought of setting everything up again from scratch. You don’t. Bring your season across in three pastes — and nobody has to answer anything twice.
Paste your roster straight from a spreadsheet — names and emails. Nobody gets emailed until you say so.
Paste the season's matches and set your training, or import the league's list exactly as it arrived.
Already tracking who's in for each game in a sheet? Paste that grid and ClubMan records everyone's in, out or maybe — no re-asking, and imported players aren't chased for answers they've already given.
Ten minutes, and you carry on mid-season without missing a beat.
Free to use
ClubMan is free. All of it, for your whole club. We would rather show you exactly how we plan to earn our keep than leave you wondering what the catch is.
When your club collects dues through ClubMan, we add 1% on top of Stripe’s card fee (Stripe charges 2.9% plus 30 cents a payment). On $100 of dues, Stripe takes about $3.20 and ClubMan takes $1. Collect your dues any other way and you never pay us a penny.
We are working to bring sponsors to your club’s socials. Your club takes that money, money it never had before. We keep a share of what we bring in, out of the sponsor’s budget and never out of yours. We will publish the exact split before a penny of sponsor money moves.
We only make money when money moves for your club. No subscription, no ads sold against your members, no data sold to anyone.
A club’s roster and records belong to the club, full stop. Here is how we treat them.
We are building one-click export of everything: your roster, dues records and availability history. Leave whenever you like and take the lot with you.
Not member lists, not emails, not to sponsors, not to anyone. Sponsors get reach, never your players' contact details.
Your members' card details never touch our servers. When card payments arrive they will run through Stripe, a certified payments processor.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, only the details a club actually needs, and every admin screen gated behind a sign-in.
From the club running on it
“Half our week used to be chasing people for availability and dues. Now it just happens in the background — the committee actually gets its time back.”
