What it does

Availability by email
Players get an email, tap In, Out or Maybe, and the coaches see who's about. No app, no login, no chasing a WhatsApp thread.
Chases the stragglers
Anyone who hasn't answered gets a reminder on its own. You stop being the one texting thirty people every Thursday night.
Team sheets and match day
Pick the side and send the team sheet. Meet time, ground, kit and where you're drinking after, all in the one email.
Writes the session plan
It sits in on the coaches' planning call and writes the session up as you talk. You tweak it and send it round.
Runs the board meeting
Actions captured live in the meeting, minutes sent round after, reminders before. The committee actually runs on time.

So how does ClubMan make money?
ClubMan is free. All of it, for your whole club. We would rather show you exactly how we plan to earn our keep than leave you wondering what the catch is.
A small slice of dues, only when they run through us
When your club collects dues through ClubMan, we add 1% on top of Stripe’s card fee (Stripe charges 2.9% plus 30 cents a payment). On $100 of dues, Stripe takes about $3.20 and ClubMan takes $1. Collect your dues any other way and you never pay us a penny.
A share of the sponsorship we bring in
We are working to bring sponsors to your club’s socials. Your club takes that money, money it never had before. We keep a share of what we bring in, out of the sponsor’s budget and never out of yours. We will publish the exact split before a penny of sponsor money moves.
We only make money when money moves for your club. No subscription, no ads sold against your members, no data sold to anyone.
Your data, your call
A club’s roster and records belong to the club, full stop. Here is how we treat them.
Your data is yours
We are building one-click export of everything: your roster, dues records and availability history. Leave whenever you like and take the lot with you.
We never sell your data
Not member lists, not emails, not to sponsors, not to anyone. Sponsors get reach, never your players' contact details.
We don't hold your money
Your members' card details never touch our servers. When card payments arrive they will run through Stripe, a certified payments processor.
Locked down by default
Encrypted in transit and at rest, only the details a club actually needs, and every admin screen gated behind a sign-in.
